Shipping & Returns

Delivery


We deliver worldwide:
All items are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment, and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Our carriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended. If you are not available to accept your delivery, a delivery slip will be left at the delivery address. You will then need to contact the relevant carrier to arrange for re-delivery or collection at a later date.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order. For any queries relating to tracking, please contact the us.
 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Local Delivery within 3 working day. Delivery throughout Asia typically takes approximately 14 business days. Please note this time frame is an estimate, and our carriers endeavor to meet these estimate at all times. Please allow an extra 2 business days for deliveries to remote areas.
 

PICK UP
Apex5 products are available for pickup at our stores.
 

PLEASE NOTE
At this stage all items are fulfilled by our Singapore dispatch facility. Customs, duties and sales taxes may be applicable to your order. Please see terms and conditions for more details.

Most sales go smoothly, but if there's a problem with a purchase, our 14 day Money Back Guarantee ensures that buyers receive the item they ordered or get their money back.

Buyers can use the Money Back Guarantee when:
They don't receive an item
They receive an item that doesn't match the listing description

Simply let us know you are exercising your 14 day Money Back Guarantee by emailing us at info@apex5.com with your full name, your order reference number and details of your request.

You will then need to post all items that were shipped to you, back to Apex5 Customer Service Team. Upon receiving your returned items (all of which need to be unused in order to claim), we will process the cancellation and revers your order value to your credit card.
